/ Teachers´ Journey
This program of 3 workshops is meant to reach teachers and other people working in the field of education. Each workshop will be paying attention to a certain topic, yet all three of them are planned to be interconnected, therefore the prescription for the whole program is required.
The aim of this program is to support teachers, to offer them space to discover, re-find or confirm tools for their personal self-care, to reflect on their Journey as teachers, and also to learn about topic of mindfulness. Through many exercises participants can find out about the personal benefits of mindfulness practice, yet the aim is also to present their potential use in the context of education. The overall aim is to create workshops attuned especially for teacher´s needs and by that enhance their own personal well-being and also the professional well-being as educators. And to gain this, many art techniques will be used as they are great source of expression and exploration.
